A: WHAT TYPE OF RESORT IS BLUE BAY CLUB?
It is a resort for all family, couples and groups of friends looking for relaxed vacations. It is not a mega resort which is a big plus and you will be able to spend a very good time with your family or friends.

A: DOES THE HOTEL OFFER A KID'S CLUB?
YES. Children are taken care by professional staff, they will be able to enjoy of different activities as drawing, handwork with recycled material, beach games, sand castles, shell recollection, etc. Kid´s Clus is open daily from 09:00 to 05:00 p.m. for children from 04 to 12 years old.


A: ARE DRINKS INCLUDED ONLY WITH MEALS?
YES. We are completely 
All-Inclusive which means all beverages, cocktails and refreshments are included.
Bar service is available from 10:00 am until 1:00 am.
After 1:00 am we offer non-alcoholic beverages for the remainder of the morning.


A: WHAT BRANDS OF DRINKS ARE INCLUDED?
We offer a variety of domestic brand alcoholic beverages, and we utilize Dos Equis Lager as our house beer.

A: HOW IS THE FOOD?
There are a wide variety of food selections to please everyone's taste. 
You have 3 different restaurants to choose from and theme dinners in our comfortable theater.

A: IS THE FOOD AT THE SNACK BARS INCLUDED?
YES. All meals and snacks are part of your 
All-Inclusive package, and believe me the food is great.

A: ARE DRESS CODES IN PLACE FOR THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS?
The dress code of the specialty restaurants is casual but a bit more elegant. No sport sandals, t-shirts without sleeves or pool shorts allowed.

A: DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ROOM SERVICE?
YES. We offer room service for continental breakfast. Fill in the request form and hang on your door before 2:00 am.

A: DOES THE RESORT HAVE LAUNDRY SERVICE?
YES. We offer this service to our guests at an additional cost.

A: IS THERE INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?
YES. Most definitely! We do offer this service to our guests at an additional cost. We have computers located in the lobby area.

A: IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW?
*Check-In Time: 03:00 pm
*Check-Out Time: 12:00 Pm
*Bracelets: Its usage is mandatory in case of damage, show up to the front desk for replacement. In case of loss there is a charge of $50.00 USD.
*Safety Deposit Box: The is not responsible for valuables left outside of the box. Digital boxes are available in all rooms, request the service at the Front Desk. (Extra price).
*Phone Calls: To make phone call to a 1-800 numbers or calling card from the rooms, there is an extra charge of $50.00 Pesos for the connection plus the phone call.
*Visitors: The access to the hotel is restricted to our registered guest only, if you wish to invite someone to the hotel you must purchase a Day or Night Pass at the Front Desk.
--Day pass from: 12:00 pm to 01:00 am (extra price).
--Night pass from: 01:00 pm to 12:00 pm (extra price)
*Towel Cards: Beach towel service is From 8.30 am to 5:00 Pm. The charge for lost towel or towel card is $25.00 USD. Your Towel card will be requested Upon CHECK OUT.
